  • How will I know when my order is ready for pick up?
    You will receive a call confirming that your order is ready for pick up. You will also receive an email stating that your order is ready to go which is sent for both pick up and delivery items.
  • Do I get an order confirmation ?
    an order confirmation email is sent to the email you use to place the order automatically , if you failed to receive a confirmation email after your order has successfully gone through at ziawoodstudio@gmail.com .

  • Why is the color of my product different from the image on the website?
    While every efforts is made to present the colors of the image as close as possible to the true colors of the actual products, there there are a number of factors that could affect the color presentation on the website. 1- The angle, lighting and other factors during the photo shooting affect how the color appear . 2- The color calibration of your computer or device monitor may affect how the color appear on your screen. 3- For the Natural wood products each piece of wood has its own unique grains, textures and patterns and its colors may vary slightly from one piece to another. If you are unsure about a color or feel strongly about certain colors, you may ask us to send you more photos which may give you a better idea of the true colors.
  • What payment methods are you accept?
    we accept payments from major credit card companies, (visa MasterCard, American Express), it’s absolutely safe to place an order on our site. your credit card. Information is never stored and saved by ziawoodstudio under any circumstances others will be processed once the proper funds have been cleared and received by Ziawoodstudio .
  • Do you customize products ?
    We do not customize and our unique pieces are sold as they are on the website and in workshop.
  • I would like to make a change to my order how do I proceeded?
    You can make a change in your order as long as the item is not in its picking, packing and shipping phase, we work tirelessly to get your order, picked and packed as quickly as possible to get you your items in a timely manner. If you would like to edit your order, and it is in its shipping, picking and packing phase, you will be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Can I place an order for an item that is not currently in stock ?
    We offer a pre-order on a select number of our products. To know whether the item you are interested in is available for pre-order, please refer to the product page for indication.
  • Do you charge sales tax?
    No, our prices include Canadian sales taxes
  • I am expecting a refund. How will it be processed?
    If you purchased on our website it will be automatically refunded to the card used to place the order , you will receive confirmation and you will see it in your bank statement within a few business days depending on bank. if you bought in store and used a debit card you will have to come into the same store to process the refund on the same debit card , please note refunds take 10 to 30 days pending on items being returned to our respective workshop and once it has passed its final stage of quality assurance, your refund will be released.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
