Warranty

The wholeheartedly believe in the quality of our products, therefore, Ziawoodstudio offers a year manufacturer warranty, this warranty being from the date of pick up or delivery, this warranty covers defects in workmanship only, the one year manufacturer’s warranty does not cover regular discoloration due to light exposure or negligence , misuse or accidents.

In addition, the warranty does not cover abnormal use modifications or commercial purpose. Please note that all warranties are non-transferable and cannot be extended to resolved items. Final sale items are not covered under this warranty, solid wood pieces may experience cracking, wrapping and splitting due to environmental conditions ( dehumidify ) if these pieces have not been properly maintained , they will not fall under any warranty .

Solid wood tables, and benches Are nonrefundable or exchangeable after 14 days upon receiving the items.

Always inspect your new pieces right away!If you notice any manufacturing defects within 24 hours upon receiving your item, please notify us immediately with at least 3 to 4 photos so we can provide you with a solution, help with an exchange and/or the return shipping fee.
